Shipping Policy

At Zaya Collection we do everything we can to deliver your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you can read all about our shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed on business days. If you order before 4:00 PM, we do our best to ship your order the same day. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• Netherlands: 2 - 4 business days
• Belgium: 3 - 5 business days
• Rest of Europe: 4 - 8 business days

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs

Our orders are shipped via PostNL. The cost for this is € 6.95.

Track & trace

You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been handed over to PostNL. You can usually track your order from the next business day. Code not working right away? Try again the next business day.

Not at home?

Are you not present at delivery? The courier will usually leave a note or the parcel will be delivered to a pickup point nearby.
