Article 1: Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "Zaya Collection", "we" or "us" means: the company Zaya Collection, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42069194. "Customer" or "you" means: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Zaya Collection.

Article 2: Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Zaya Collection and to every distance agreement concluded between Zaya Collection and the customer. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms is made available to the customer.

Article 3: The offer

All offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Zaya Collection.

Article 4: The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set. After receiving the order, Zaya Collection confirms it electronically.

Article 5: Prices

All stated prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, are stated separately during the ordering process.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The order is only processed after receipt of full payment.

Article 7: Delivery

Zaya Collection strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products without giving reasons. The conditions for this are described in our Return Policy.

Article 9: Conformity and warranty

Zaya Collection warrants that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the legal requirements. Should a product show defects, please contact us within a reasonable period.

Article 10: Liability

Zaya Collection is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to force majeure. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Article 11: Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted, fully and clearly described, to Zaya Collection via info@zaya-official.com. We respond within 14 days of receipt.

Article 12: Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements between Zaya Collection and the customer.
