How do I know my order was successful?
Immediately after your order you will receive a confirmation by email. No email received? Check your spam or contact us.
Can I change my order?
Once payment for your order has been completed, we can unfortunately no longer make changes, as we begin processing straight away. Would you like to order additional products? We recommend placing a new order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL/Wero, credit card, PayPal and other common methods. All payments are made via a secure connection.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Our orders are shipped via PostNL. The cost of this is € 6.95 per parcel.
How long does delivery take?
In the Netherlands 2–4 business days. You will receive a track & trace as soon as your parcel is on its way. More info on our shipping page.
Can I change my address after the order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address can no longer be changed, because we process the order immediately and automatically send the details to the carrier.
My order should have been delivered, but I haven’t received anything: what now?
First check with your neighbours; sometimes parcels are delivered there. Also check your letterbox for any delivery notes. In addition, use the Track & Trace code from your email to check the status and location of your order.
If the parcel is not with the neighbours and the Track & Trace indicates that it should have been delivered, it may be that the courier has marked the parcel as delivered, but the delivery has not yet been completed.
Is your order still undelivered the next day? Then contact us at info@zaya-official.com. We will help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
I received the wrong product: what should I do?
Our apologies for the inconvenience! You can return the item to us free of charge. Please contact us at info@zaya-official.com.
Size & Fit
How do I know which size I need?
Check our size chart with exact measurements. In doubt between two sizes? Then choose the larger size for a roomier fit.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must be unworn with labels attached. Read more on our returns page. The cost of returning your parcel is at your own expense.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the amount.
