Return Policy

At Zaya Collection we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But your new Zaya item might not be quite the right size, or the fit may be different than expected. In that case you can return the item.

The return conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted
• Items with make-up stains, perfume smell or perspiration stains will not be accepted
• Leave the original price tags, labels and tags attached to the garment
• The cost of returning your parcel is at your own expense

How do I return an item?

Download the return form from our website and print it out. Fill in the return form as completely as possible. Please note! A return form missing important information will not be processed.

• Add the completed return form to the parcel

You must create the return label yourself at PostNL. Make sure you send the parcel to the specified return address and always keep the proof of shipment with the track & trace code.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns that do not meet our return conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted. We will then send the parcel back to you. In this case the shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund

After receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days to the account you paid with. Please note that your bank may need extra processing time. The cost of returning is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed with us.

Any shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded, unless it concerns an error on the part of the webshop.

Exceptions

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Incorrectly received items can be returned free of charge.
